Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an Order?

Browse the store, select your goods, and checkout before the order deadline (Thursday at 2:00 pm) to receive your weekly order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment is processed. When checking out, make sure you mark your order for Delivery or Pick UP

Do you deliver in my area?

$8.00

We deliver to the following zip codes: 16801, 16803 & 16870.

Can I add items to an order after I've ordered?

Yes. Just place a 2nd order, or a 3rd... We put the orders together. IF your 1st order is for Delivery and includes the $8 delivery fee, you don't need to add it a 2nd time. We will deliver the 2nd order with the 1st order.


Food Safety

How does my food stay cold & safe?

We use necessary means, including but not limited to insulated packaging, cold packs (“ice packs”), pre-chilled containers, and packing temperature-compatible items in the same bag to ensure your products arrive at the t safe temperatures for the food contained in your order at the time of delivery. Meats may be delivered frozen or partially thawed at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Meats that have been thawed under refrigeration and kept cold can be safely re-frozen. Or, store the thawed meats 

What if I experience a quality issue or missing product?

If you do not receive a product or are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product you’ve received, please let us know at support.
